If you are unhappy with a stocked item you have ordered, you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please simply call our Customer Service team on 0845 224 3691, who will issue you with a returns authorisation.

We take great care to ensure our products reach our customers in good condition. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product please call our customer Service team on 0845 224 3691. They will arrange a collection and credit, exchange or refund at no extra cost to you.

Please note that any non-stocked item such as Custom printed tape can not be returned once your order has been confirmed. If you have a problem with a non-stock item please call our Customer Service team on 0845 224 3691.
